Mixing: Nafufill KM 250 is sprinkled into the water provided under constant stirring, mixed homogeneously and without lumps until a mortar suitable for processing is obtained. Forced mixers or slow-running double agitators are to be used for mixing. Mixing by hand or of partial quantities is not permitted. The mixing time is 5 minutes. Mixing ratio: See table "Technical properties". For a 25 kg container of Nafufill KM 250, approx. 3,75 to 4,00 liters of water are required. As Nafufill KM 250 is cement-bound, the water requirement may vary. Processing: Nafufill KM 250 can be processed by hand and wet spraying. It can be applied in one or more layers. For spray processing, screw pumps with variably adjustable delivery rates should be used. Please ask for our special advice or the equipment planner for spraying technology. Surface treatment: Nafufill KM 250 can be smoothed after application and rubbed with a wooden or plastic rubbing board or a coarse-pored sponge rubber rubbing board.
