AREAS OF APPLICATION

• Concrete replacement according to ZTV-ING, part 3 solid construction, section 4 for the application areas SPCC and PCC II - dynamically and non-dynamically stressed surfaces
• SPCC/PCC concrete replacement (SRM, RM) according to ZTV-W LB 219 for the repair of hydraulic structures, applicable for exposure classes XC1-4, XF1-4, XW1-2, XD1-3, XS1-3, XM1, XA1-2, X0, XALL, XDYN, XSTAT and XBW
• SPCC/PCC concrete replacement according to DAfStb repair guideline, approved for stress classes M2 and M3
• Repair and anode embedment mortar according to EN 12696 for the repair principle "Cathodic corrosion protection of steel in concrete" (also horizontal surfaces)
• In combination with MC-Additiv W approved LAU repair mortar
• Certified and classified according to DIN EN 1504 part 3 for the principles 3, 4 and 7 as well as for the methods 3.1, 3.3, 4.4, 7.1 and 7.2

PROCESSING INFORMATION

For processing, please observe the information on execution in the general test certificate issued by the building authorities.

Substrate preparation: See leaflet "General processing instructions for coarse mortar/concrete replacement systems".

Bonding bridge: Use Nafufill KMH as bonding agent for manual application only. For processing, see "General processing information coarse mortar/concrete replacement systems". .

Mixing: Nafufill KM 250 is sprinkled into the water provided under constant stirring, mixed homogeneously and without lumps until a mortar suitable for processing is obtained. Forced mixers or slow-running double agitators are to be used for mixing. Mixing by hand or of partial quantities is not permitted. The mixing time is 5 minutes.

Mixing ratio: See table "Technical properties". For a 25 kg container of Nafufill KM 250, approx. 3,75 to 4,00 liters of water are required. As Nafufill KM 250 is cement-bound, the water requirement may vary.

Processing: Nafufill KM 250 can be processed by hand and wet spraying. It can be applied in one or more layers. For spray processing, screw pumps with variably adjustable delivery rates should be used. Please ask for our special advice or the equipment planner for spraying technology.

Surface treatment: Nafufill KM 250 can be smoothed after application and rubbed with a wooden or plastic rubbing board or a coarse-pored sponge rubber rubbing board.

After-treatment: Nafufill KM 250 must be protected from drying out too quickly due to direct sunlight and wind. Conventional after-treatment period 3 days.
