The MultiForm Alu system is available in heights from 68 mm and can therefore be used for formwork heights from 7 cm. It has already been successfully tested for formwork heights of up to 80 cm. Special solutions are also easily possible with the MultiForm Alu. Whether angled formwork or other adaptations, our production adapts the formwork exactly to your needs. How do I seal the formwork so that my concrete does not "bleed"?
When using a wooden formwork facing with a PE triangular strip, it is not normally necessary to seal additionally. Due to the contact pressure of the formwork magnets, the air gap between the formwork table and the shuttering is automatically closed when the magnets are activated, thus preventing "bleeding".
How many magnets do I need to fix the shuttering?
Our recommendation is generally to use one magnet per metre. However, this is only a guideline because several variables have an influence on it: the sheet thickness of the steel table, the evenness and cleanliness of the steel table, the concrete used, the element dimensions, the filling height, the production position (horizontal or vertical), .....
How do I connect two formers together?
If two MultiForm formwork panels are to be connected to each other, the formwork board is placed overlapping and screwed on normally from behind. The formwork is then connected and ready for production. With the standard length of 3,025 mm, the magnetic pockets are distributed in such a way that both formwork panels can be joined at the joint by means of a magnet.
Is the MultiForm compatible with laser systems or shuttering robots?
Yes, the MultiForm formwork beams are compatible with laser measuring systems. They can also be used with semi-automatic positioning aids such as formwork manipulators if required. Only the formwork beam is not compatible with fully automatic formwork robots, but our U- and H-profiles can be used for this purpose.

4. How can I move large MultiForm formwork?
MultiForm formwork above a height of 40 cm should preferably be moved by crane for reasons of work safety. For this reason, formwork of this height is equipped with transport lugs as standard. Alternatively, the use of a transport trolley is also possible. If it is desired that the employees can move the formwork alone, the MultiForm Alu, which is up to 70% lighter, should be used. 5.

What is more suitable: wood or steel? How quickly does the system pay for itself?
While wooden formwork liners can be used more flexibly in the precast plant, steel formwork liners have economy on their side. Timber formwork shells can usually only be reused a few times without the quality of the elements suffering. This results in significant ongoing material costs. The steel formwork shells, on the other hand, can be reused much more often and are thus a resource-saving alternative for the repeated production of similar precast concrete elements. 3.
3. Can there be material problems between UniForm® and MultiForm Alu?
No. As long as the two products are not welded together, they can be used together without any problems.
U-profile and H-profile
Yes, both formwork systems can be used with laser systems and formwork robots. Automated storage is also possible via side recesses. 2.
Is it possible to use the formwork without robots?
Yes, the formwork can also be used without machine support.
3. which formwork dimensions (height, width, length) are available?
The U-profiles are available up to a formwork height of 10 cm. H-profiles start at a formwork height of 6 cm and can be up to 35 cm high in the solid version. The length generally depends on the customer's specifications.
4. Are the formers suitable for vertical production?
H-formworkers are suitable as formwork for use in battery formwork.
Syflex®
1. what are the dimensions of the Syflex® formwork elements?
The Syflex® formwork elements have a length of 5 m and can be cut to size on site. They are available in heights of 100 mm, 150 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm and 300 mm. With the Syflex® formwork elements, total formwork heights of up to one metre can be implemented.
2. Which radii can be formed with Syflex®?
With Syflex®, radii from 2 m can be realised.
3. which accessories and tools are required?
Earth nails or shuttering blocks (earth nails up to 30 cm shuttering height, then shuttering blocks), Syflex® system eccentric, plastic tubes for connecting the shuttering elements, hand-held circular saw or table circular saw, cordless screwdriver and screws.
4. What spacing do the stiffeners have to have?
The spacing of the stiffeners depends on the total height of the formwork and its maximum permissible deflection during concreting. You will find an overview in the technical data sheet of the product. (page 2)

No, because SynkoElast® is pressed into the still fresh concrete during concreting.
3. what tools do I need to lay SynkoElast® in fresh concrete?
None. SynkoElast® can simply be pressed into the fresh concrete by hand.
Can I also apply SynkoElast® to the concrete afterwards?
Yes! A primer is applied to the concrete and, after flash-off, is heated to such an extent that the SynkoElast® fuses with the concrete when pressed onto it.
5. Are there complementary products, such as predetermined crack profiles, that I can install in double walls?
Yes, there are two complementary products for SynkoElast®. The predetermined cracking profiles for double walls and the stopend profiles for the division of large components into small concrete sections.
At what temperatures can I install SynkoElast®?
SynkoElast® should be installed between +5°C and +35°C, just like concrete. At low temperatures SynkoElast® is slightly stiffer. Storing at room temperature until shortly before installation makes the tape easier to work with.
RubberElast®
Do the joints need to be cleaned?
Yes, the joint edges must be dry and free of dust, grease, loose particles and other separating materials.
2. Do I need to apply a primer to make RubberElast® stick?
It depends on the substrate. Generally RubberElast® is applied without a primer. If the RubberElast® does not adhere to the substrate, a primer can also be used.
Which RubberElast® size should I use for my project?
The choice of the correct RubberElast® size is determined by the width of the joint edge and the final joint width. The RubberElast® is squeezed into the joint and compressed to 20% of its original size. This means that the material presses laterally into the joint. If the joint flank is too narrow, the RubberElast® is pressed out of the joint. If the joint width is too large or too small, the sealing effect cannot be achieved. Let our staff give you expert advice on this. We will also be happy to send you our table for selecting the correct size.
When can RubberElast® be subjected to water pressure?
It does not react chemically with other substances, but can be loaded with water pressure as soon as it is properly compressed.
How much force do I need to apply to compress the tape?
The force to be applied depends on the selected size of the tape and the prevailing ambient temperature. To calculate the correct amount of force to be applied, please refer to the information in the technical data sheet.
MultiElast
Do I have to connect MultiElast to the reinforcement? (construction joint sealing in-situ concrete)
No, because MultiElast can be pressed into the still fresh concrete during concreting.
What tools do I need to lay MultiElast in the fresh concrete? (In-situ concrete waterproofing for construction joints)
None. MultiElast can simply be pressed into the fresh concrete by hand.
How do I have to prepare the fresh concrete? (In-situ concrete construction joint sealing)
Only smooth the fresh concrete in the area of the tape, do not rub smooth.
Does MultiElast swell or shrink? (In-situ concrete construction joint sealing)
No, because MultiElast is not a swelling tape and remains stable in its form. It seals through a firm bond between the tape and the concrete.

InnoElast®
Do the joints have to be cleaned?
Yes, the joint flanks must be free of dust, grease, loose components, ice and other separating materials. However, the joint flanks may be damp without a visible film of water.
2 When to choose InnoElast® Type 1
For movement joints with movements of up to 25% and for joints that are only sprinkled and where there is no water pressure.
3. when to choose InnoElast® type 2
For joints exposed to chemicals (acids, alkalis, selected fuels), for joints exposed to pressurised water up to 4.8m head of water and for joints adjacent to bituminous materials / coatings that need to be watertight.
4. when does skin formation take place? What is the curing rate?
The first skin formation takes place at 23°C and 50% relative humidity after approx. 2 h, with InnoElast 2 after 15 min. The full curing of the joint sealant can be estimated at 2-3 mm / 24 h. At low temperatures, the curing rate slows down. At low temperatures, the reaction speed slows down and thus also the curing time. 5.
Are there any material incompatibilities?
Yes, InnoElast® 1 is not compatible with solvents such as petrol, some acids and acetic acid. On contact, the product softens and swells. In chemically stressed areas, please use our InnoElast type 2, which has a high chemical resistance.
ProElast® system
1. is the ProElast® film also available in film widths other than 30 cm?
Yes, the film is available up to a width of 170 cm on request.
2. When can the ProElast® system be loaded?
The film adhesives harden with the moisture in the environment (from the air, concrete). With well-insulated, dry walls, it therefore takes longer for the system to cure completely in the middle of the film and at joints. However, with film widths up to 50 cm, the system can be loaded to a limited extent after only one week. 3.
Can the ProElast® system be combined with the FlächenElast® S or V?
Yes, this is a good combination for large areas, as the FlächenElast® hardens quickly. The combination of ProElast® for the corners, the edges and the transitions to the floor slab and the FlächenElast® S for sealing the large areas is a common, good combination.
4. How can large areas be laid with ProElast®?
To seal large areas with ProElast® , it is preferable to lay strips at fixed intervals. When the film adhesive has hardened to a large extent, the gaps are covered with additional strips and thus closed.
5. can the film also be used with little or no adhesive?
Yes, the tested film can be used e.g. as a barrier against rising damp in walls. The film can also be used to seal surfaces with loose laying or with edge bonding. The film is also available in thicknesses other than 1 mm on request.
FlächenElast® Type S and Type V
Can I use FlächenElast® in areas in contact with the ground?
Yes, FlächenElast® is ideal for use in underground areas. The product can be used permanently and does not decompose over time like competitor products. With FlächenElast® you can create a pressurised waterproof layer on your building component in just 2 layers. We recommend subsequently laying a dimpled membrane or similar around the sealed component so that the waterproofing is not damaged when it is poured on.
Does FlächenElast® have to be laid with a fleece?
Yes, if high water pressure tightness is to be achieved, corners and projections are to be encountered and a crack bridging of 5 mm is to be achieved. For this purpose, a layer of FlächenElast® is applied to the component. The fleece is then rolled into the fresh layer of FlächenElast®. After the first layer has hardened, a second layer of FlächenElast® is applied to the fleece. Thus, the fleece is impregnated with FlächenElast® on both sides and offers permanent protection against moisture. 3.
Can FlächenElast® be used as a roof sealant?
Not directly. FlächenElast® has limited UV resistance and is designed for low mechanical loads (e.g. hail). However, FlächenElast® can be used without restrictions as a waterproofing underneath with protection in front, without UV radiation and mechanical loads.
Are there any material incompatibilities?
In chemically stressed areas, please use our InnoElast® Type 2, which has a high chemical resistance.
5. which tool do I use for rolling out and what is the best way to clean it?
We recommend using a lambskin roller for rolling out FlächenElast® type S. Cleaning should be done as soon as possible after use. Conventional solvents can be used for this purpose. When choosing lambskin rollers, make sure that they do not decompose due to the solvent.
AgrarElast
Do the joints need to be cleaned?
Yes, the joint edges must be dry and free of dust, grease, loose components and other separating materials.
2. Do I have to apply a primer so that AgrarElast can be used?
Yes, when using AgrarElast, the primers appropriate to the substrate must be used. For an application on asphalt, components A+B of the primer A(sphalt) must be mixed together. For an application on concrete, use the primer B(eton).

The time of earliest load-bearing varies with the joint depth. As soon as the joint is completely hardened, it can be fully loaded. A lowered joint between chamfered concrete elements can be loaded after 24 hours.
