BT-Spannschloss® (turnbuckle) system in use in Germany's largest project with advanced timber-hybrid construction method
In a current project, the Siemens Campus II in Erlangen, the ring beams are produced using the BT turnbuckle. The Siemens Campus II comprises five buildings with a gross floor area of around 70,000 square metres. The buildings have five to seven storeys. Groups of five BT turnbuckles M12 are used throughout to form the ring beam.
GFRP spacer bar for sandwich elements in large industrial construction project - ThermoPin®
The BACHL group of companies has decided to use the ThermoPin® in a large industrial project involving the construction of a production and research facility for analytical equipment for water management by Xylem Analytics Germany in Weilheim in Upper Bavaria. 6,500 ThermoPins® were installed in sandwich elements at the BACHL concrete plant in Röhrnbach. These were then delivered to the construction site in Weilheim in Upper Bavaria.
New construction of a pipe shaft - BT-Spannschloss® and RubberElast®
Since the permit to operate the old tailings pile of the company K+S KALI GmbH in Zielitz will expire in a few years and the intake capacities are almost exhausted, it must be expanded to further secure and promote potash mining. The implementation of the large-scale project is slowly starting in 2020 and BT innovation is also involved.
Pallet circulation plant for the production of solid walls - Consulting
At the beginning of 2017, Attacus Betonghus AB from Sweden commissioned BT innovation with the planning for the construction of a modern, upgradeable circulation system. A particular challenge was to design the desired circulation system for the existing hall, as a large part of the hall has a basement.
New construction of a residential and commercial building - SynkoElast®
For the new construction of a residential and commercial building in Magdeburg's Domquartier on Breiten Weg, the construction company Toepel Bauunternehmung GmbH was faced with the following challenge: The basement walls had to be built on an approx. 1800 m² in-situ concrete base slab from October to December 2017.
UniForm® formwork system in use at Dutch company Bisoton
Bisoton B.V., based in Ede, the Netherlands, has decided to use the UniForm® formwork system for the expansion of its production. The formwork system is particularly convincing due to the usable flexibility and speed in the production process.
Construction of a roundabout in Freienbrink - Syflex® in traffic route construction
In Freienbrink, a roundabout with road connection was constructed under the management of AS+BE Asphalt- und Betonstraßenbau GmbH. The patented Syflex® formwork system from BT innovation was used for this project.
New construction of a driving silo - AgrarElast
BT successfully launched a new product for sealing driving silos in August 2019. The new joint sealant AgrarElast can be used to renovate and repair agriculturally managed JGS plants and biogas plants as well as to seal joints in new buildings, e.g. driving silos, fermentation feed silos and solid manure plates. The sealant and the corresponding primer A(sphalt) as well as primer B(eton) are approved by the German Institute for Building Technology under the number Z 74.62-176. All joint combinations between concrete and asphalt can be sealed with AgrarElast.
Serial modular construction with the "maxmodul" system - Butterfly Formwork®
The Bavarian construction group Max Bögl stands for innovative serial construction concepts. With over 6,000 employees and an annual turnover of more than 1.65 billion euros, Max Bögl is one of the largest German companies in the construction industry. The range of services and the depth of value creation include its own concrete plants. In 2017/2018, the company invested in a precast plant for the serial production of modules for multi-storey residential construction. At the Mühlhausen site, the "maxmodul" system is now produced in serial modular construction.
House construction - RubberElast®
Waterproofing a house/cellar made of prefabricated concrete elements is quick and easy with RubberElast®. New walls are placed centrally on the RubberElast®. When the walls are installed, the RubberElast® is compressed and thus seals the joints.
