Syflex®

THE FLEXIBLE SHUTTERING FOR STRAIGHT LINES AND CURVES.

With the flexible formwork system, straight lines, curves and corners can be produced with ease. Syflex® is the optimal solution for base slab, edge and strip foundation formwork. The Syflex® system consists of a formwork plank and a system eccentric, by means of which it can be quickly attached to or detached from a support (soil nail or similar). It is made of a special plastic material, which makes it very flexible and light. Due to the nature of the material, Syflex® is excellent for curves, corners, but also simple straight lines. You can see how to use the Syflex® system in the product video. Profile cavities provide additional lightness and allow two planks to be connected via a plug-in system. The smooth surface and flexibility of the formwork beams also make it reusable multiple times.

Why Syflex®

The Syflex® system is made of a specially blended PE and ensures ease of handling that eliminates the need for lifting tools. Special multi-chamber planks in heights of 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 cm form the basic framework of the formwork. The mechanically robust yet flexible planks are available in 5 m lengths. The formwork planks can be extended by means of a joint in both straight and flexible joints. System eccentrics ensure quick fastening to driven-in soil nails, boards or fastening angles. This structure also serves to connect the superimposed formwork piles vertically. With Syflex® , you can form concrete into almost any shape. But Syflex® is not only ideal for forming foundations; the system has also proven its worth in applications for path construction and gardening and landscaping. The wide range of possible applications makes Syflex® a real all-rounder on the formwork market.
