Recess tube Ø 100 mm L=5.0 m

Product information "Recess tube Ø 100 mm L=5.0 m"

Recess tubes for the production of precast concrete elements: Efficient solutions for precise concrete elements

Discover our high-quality recess tubes, which offer a cost-effective and technically optimised solution for the production of precast concrete elements. These pipes are perfectly suited for culverts for supply lines, conveyor belts, machine anchoring and foundation formwork. Manufactured from corrugated profiled steel strip, they offer the necessary strength for demanding applications. During the construction of concrete elements and precast concrete parts, the recess tubes are positioned and fixed at the planned locations before the concrete is poured. If necessary, suitable protective measures must be taken to prevent the concrete from penetrating the ends. The pipes are then embedded in concrete. Sufficient covering of the recess pipe with concrete must be ensured.

Our high-quality recess pipes - also known as spiral ducts, corrugated ducts or recess pipes made of steel in round, rectangular or square shapes. We offer you the perfect solution for a wide range of applications. Our spiral ducts impress with their robust design and high stability, while the flexible corrugated conduits can be optimally adapted to various requirements. Recess pipes made of steel in round, rectangular or square designs are available in our range to support your individual construction projects. Whether you are planning ventilation systems, air conditioning systems or flue pipes, our recess pipes are the reliable choice for long-term performance and functionality. Trust in the quality of BT when it comes to high-quality pipes for various applications. We stand for first-class products, manufactured to the highest standards to fulfil even the most demanding projects. Contact us today to find out more about our recess pipes in spiral ducts, corrugated ducts or steel recess pipes in round, rectangular or square. We will be happy to help you find the perfect solution for your construction project.

Technical features:

  • Versatile choice of materials: Our recess pipes are made from a variety of materials such as steel or stainless steel. This flexibility makes it possible to adapt to almost any recess requirement.
  • Customised solutions: We supply recess pipes in customised lengths and have a finely graduated range of dimensions to meet a wide variety of requirements. (Standard length for the recess pipes is 3 metres)
  • Advantages in the application: Low manufacturing costs. Short-term availability. Easy handling due to low weight. High mechanical strength. Excellent shear bond due to internal and external profiling.
  • Colour/ material: metallic grey - cold-rolled DC01 (1.0330) or DX51 (1.0226)
  • Storage: can be stored for 2 years in cool and dry rooms
  • Packaging: Packed in bundles or on pallets, depending on quantity

Note

Despite the corrugated profile, the recess pipes/corrugated cladding pipes are sensitive to punctual and high mechanical loads and can become deformed. High mechanical loads must be avoided to ensure that the recess pipes retain their shape, tightness and dimensional accuracy.
