LiquidElast® type S - 7kg bag

LiquidElast LiquidElast® is a universal, elastic and pressure waterproof sealant for surfaces as well as for joints in the entire construction area against pressing water. The one-component sealant can be used indoors and outdoors. LiquidElast® is used as a surface, composite or joint sealant. After curing, FlächenElast® forms a "rubber-like" waterproof membrane to protect building components behind it. The flexibility of FlächenElast® allows crack bridging of up to 5 mm after curing. FlächenElast® can be applied to dry and matt-moist concrete surfaces from 0 °C component temperature (ice-free surface) and reliably seals up to a maximum water immersion depth of 10 m. InnoElast® Type 2 InnoElast® Type 2 is a 1-component, permanently elastic adhesive and sealant for highly stressed joints in the entire construction sector in accordance with DIN EN 15651-1. InnoElast® Type 2 adheres to many materials without primer and seals joints up to 4.80 m watertight under pressure. The substrate must be damp, but not wet with a visible film. Suitable substrates are concrete and other mineral building materials as well as, among others, plasterboard, wood, metals, PVC, ceramics, bitumen, etc. In case of doubt, we recommend a preliminary test. Processing InnoElast® is applied directly using a squeeze gun. Priming is not necessary with suitable substrates. For joint sealing, ensure a sufficiently wide (≥5 mm) and sufficiently deep (≥ 10 mm and ≥ ½Width) joint formation. A 3-flank adhesion to the joint base is to be prevented by inserting a suitable joint filling cord or a strip of polyethylene. It is recommended to tape the joint edges with adhesive tape. The sealant must be applied to the joint without voids or bubbles. A good bond with the joint edges must be achieved by pressing and smoothing. Pure liquid soaps (not diluted with water), e.g. washing-up liquid, are suitable as smoothing agents. Remove the adhesive tape immediately after smoothing. The maximum sealant thickness in one work step should not exceed 5 cm. When used as an adhesive, InnoElast® is applied evenly to the bonding surface and spread with a notched trowel in a layer thickness of 1 to 2 mm. Ensure that the bond is free of cavities and bubbles by pressing on the entire surface. Large-surface bonding with InnoElast® requires a moisture-permeable substrate. For impermeable substrates, we recommend the use of FlächenElast® adhesive and sealant with artificial hardener. For tight bonding of the ProElast® sheet, please observe the processing instructions in the "ProElast® System" data sheet. In cases of doubt regarding substrate preparation and processing, we recommend a preliminary test. Aftercare Protect InnoElast® from moisture during the period of stable skin formation. For subsequent painting, we recommend carrying out your own tests due to the wide range of possible painting systems. InnoElast® Type 2 is compatible with paint according to DIN 52452 Part 4.  

AgrarElast Driving silos of JGS plants and biogas plants have to be specially sealed due to the new AwSV regulation (regulation on plants handling substances hazardous to water, valid since 01.08.2017). For the renovation and new construction of facilities for the storage and filling of liquid manure, slurry and silage leachate (JGS) - mobile silos, fermentation feed silos and solid manure plates - as well as biogas plants, only construction products may be used that have the appropriate building authority approvals. In order to meet the high requirements for the permanent sealing of JGS plants, the joint sealant AgrarElast is subject to regular product monitoring and material testing. In addition, AgrarElast is a joint sealing system approved by the DIBt (German Institute for Construction Technology) (Z-74.62-176). The newly developed product from BT innovation can thus be reliably used for sealing joints in JGS and biogas plants. AgrarElast is a sealant for sealing microbiologically and acid contaminated joints, for areas with composting and fermentation processes. The system can be used to seal silos, warehouses, solid concrete manure slabs and asphalt. The system is suitable for movement joints and is characterized by high temperature resistance. The AgrarElast joint sealing system consists of AgrarElast joint sealant and primers A(sphalt) for asphalt and B(eton) for concrete. Primer A is suitable for asphalt, asphalt concrete and bitumen. This product is a set consisting of components A+B. The primer B is suitable for concrete, metal and glass, among others. Advantages of the joint sealant AgrarElast AgrarElast can be used to seal joint areas between concrete or asphalt. AgrarElast is also suitable for movement joints.
