Insulation accessories
Areas of application
- Fastening of insulation boards in hardened concrete (e.g. facade walls) by pre-drilling and subsequent hammering into place
- Fastening of insulation boards and fresh concrete during wall construction by drilling through and hammering into the insulation material. During curing, the panel nail anchors itself to the concrete through the barbs
Other applications: For fixing or forming the separating layer
- Foils (dimpled foil or PE foil) or insulation boards on the subbase (5-10 cm thick made of unreinforced concrete of low strength class (e.g. C8/10) or as perimeter insulation (e.g. EPS boards, XPS boards or glass foam boards) or even directly on a layer of gravel, sand or crushed stone (foil replaces the subbase)
