Our plastic chamfer strips in precast concrete production
Our products are known for enabling cleanly broken edges without causing damage during demoulding. They also offer clean sight edges and are reusable, making your production even more efficient. Triangular mouldings with a flange can also be attached to the face of the formwork facing or clamped between the formwork element and the outer corner. This allows 45° angles (bevelled or chamfered) or fillets (rounded edges) to be produced with ease, resulting in clean, broken edges. - Made of resistant material without and with nail flange for breaking edges, especially on beams and square columns or for decorating larger exposed concrete parts.
- To be attached to timber shuttering at 10 to 15 cm intervals (provided with nail holes)
- The dimensions A, B, C are within the tolerance range +/- 1.5 mm
