MagFly® AP

The MagFly® AP is a patented shuttering magnet and part of the BT shuttering system. Its holding force to mass ratio is unique, as is the unique foot/spring system that allows the magnet to glide effortlessly over the formwork table. By applying firm pressure from above, the magnet is activated and adheres to the shuttering table through its magnetic force. With the integrated lever, the MagFly® AP can be easily and quickly released and realigned. The MagFly® AP does not require any additional tools or adapters to use it. The ultra-light aluminium housing enables ergonomic working with the magnet and protects the user's strength. In combination with the MultiForm formwork beam and an attached plastic triangular strip, the formwork beam and the triangular strip are pressed firmly onto the formwork table when the magnet is activated, so that subsequent sealing of the edge with silicone is simply not necessary. These effective technologies are perfectly matched to each other and thus considerably accelerate the production of precast concrete parts. You can watch the application of the MagFly® AP in the product video. Advantages Patented hold-down of the formwork, thus high contact pressure of the formwork on the formwork table No silicone necessary for sealing Easy and ergonomic handling due to foot/spring system Magnet perfectly matched to the formwork beam Unbeatable adhesion force to mass ratio Areas of application Shuttering magnet for pallet circulation systems as well as tilting tables Formwork for walls, columns etc. Technical data of the magnet variants Art.-Nr. SynkoElast® 30 mm x 20 mm; 4m / roll
SynkoElast® 30 mm x 20 mm; 4m / roll

SynkoElast® SynkoElast® can be laid both in fresh concrete (in-situ concrete) and on set concrete. For the latter, a primer is then required. During concrete curing, the concrete and SynkoElast® tape bond together so that water penetration is stopped. The joint created between the concreting steps is sealed securely and permanently by the SynkoElast®. The sealing tape is used for sealing structural components made of waterproof in-situ concrete and element walls, for example in basements and underground garages. The construction joint tape does not swell when it comes into contact with water, so it can be laid even in the rain. It is therefore also possible to join narrow components together without having to fear concrete spalling. SynkoElast® is so versatile that it can also be used in changing water levels and provides a permanent seal. SynkoElast® is generally approved by the building authorities up to a water pressure of 2 bar. Advantages of the SynkoElast® joint tape Quick and easy installation Flexible use in fresh and hardened concrete Processing from 0°C to 35°C Up to 20 m water permanently tight (2 bar) General test certificate issued by the building authorities No swelling on contact with water Weather, acid, alkali and salt resistant Technical information SynkoElast® also seals concrete sections and can also be used as a subsequent sealant for construction joints. The substrate must be damp, but not wet with a visible film. Suitable substrates are concrete and other mineral building materials as well as, among others, plasterboard, wood, metals, PVC, ceramics, bitumen, etc. In case of doubt, we recommend a preliminary test. Processing InnoElast® is applied directly using a squeeze gun. Priming is not necessary with suitable substrates. For joint sealing, ensure a sufficiently wide (≥5 mm) and sufficiently deep (≥ 10 mm and ≥ ½Width) joint formation. A 3-flank adhesion to the joint base is to be prevented by inserting a suitable joint filling cord or a strip of polyethylene. It is recommended to tape the joint edges with adhesive tape. The sealant must be applied to the joint without voids or bubbles. A good bond with the joint edges must be achieved by pressing and smoothing. Pure liquid soaps (not diluted with water), e.g. washing-up liquid, are suitable as smoothing agents. Remove the adhesive tape immediately after smoothing. The maximum sealant thickness in one work step should not exceed 5 cm. When used as an adhesive, InnoElast® is applied evenly to the bonding surface and spread with a notched trowel in a layer thickness of 1 to 2 mm. Ensure that the bond is free of cavities and bubbles by pressing on the entire surface. Large-surface bonding with InnoElast® requires a moisture-permeable substrate. For impermeable substrates, we recommend the use of FlächenElast® adhesive and sealant with artificial hardener. For tight bonding of the ProElast® sheet, please observe the processing instructions in the "ProElast® System" data sheet. In cases of doubt regarding substrate preparation and processing, we recommend a preliminary test. Aftercare Protect InnoElast® from moisture during the period of stable skin formation. For subsequent painting, we recommend carrying out your own tests due to the wide range of possible painting systems. InnoElast® Type 2 is compatible with paint according to DIN 52452 Part 4.

MultiForm Type 2 - 148/3025

Multiform is a robust and flexible formwork system for the production of a wide variety of precast elements. With the MagFly® magnets, Multiform can be easily moved on the formwork table and precisely positioned. Since the MagFly® AP presses the Multiform onto the shuttering table, when a PE triangular strip is used on the shuttering board, the joint is immediately sealed when the magnet is activated. This eliminates the need for subsequent sealing with silicone. Matching MultiForm, the window and door recess offers a clever solution for enclosed openings in the concrete part. With elements that can be dismantled inwards, the formwork can be stripped non-destructively and thus re-used. The integrated receptacle for the MagFly® magnets enables fast and precise assembly and disassembly of the formwork. Areas of application Manufacture of solid and sandwich walls Manufacture of platform slabs, supports and beams Use on tilting tables, switching tables, circulation pallets and wooden surfaces Advantages Quick and ergonomic application No sealing with silicone between formwork facing and formwork table Stable and robust system for use in precast factories The window and door recess can be dismantled inwards Technical features and variation of MultiForm Type 2 Art.-Nr.
